Chef/Proprietor Sami Eldiesyawe has a unique ability to coax out the best characteristics of meat, fowl, and fish. He has a reverence for his ingredients, presenting concepts that are intriguing and fanciful in a modern Euro/American style.
A native of Egypt, where he attended culinary school, he also worked in a 5-star hotel in his homeland before coming to this country. Chef Eldiesyawe has been in New Jersey well over two decades, working at a variety of establishments, including the Somerset Hills Hotel’s former restaurant Christine’s in Basking Ridge, and most recently Ponte Vecchio in New Providence.
He emphasizes menu flexibility and is open to requests from customers.
